With experience spanning magazine covers, on-screen work, and the production of elevated, luxury events, Jennifer understands the industry from both in front of the camera and behind the curtain. Her perspective is built on lived experience, not theory, offering unfiltered insight into how talent is shaped, positioned, and sustained.

Co-Architect of House of 8 Talent Agency, and the bridge between the legal and fashion worlds.
Shauntese is where structure meets style. As a corporate paralegal, compliance and contract specialist and seasoned fashion professional, she merges legal precision with creative vision to build talent that is not only seen, but protected, positioned, and prepared.
Modeling since 2012, and producing fashion shows for nearly a decade, Shauntese brings firsthand mastery from both sides of the industry. She understands the runway and the paperwork, and ensures talent moves with confidence and credibility.
As a runway coach, Shauntese refines presence, posture, and power, teaching models how to command the room, not just walk through it. As the owner of 5Thirty Inc., a women’s athleisure brand, she brings the perspective of a founder who understands branding, production, and the business of fashion.
Her career is built on longevity, not luck. She specializes in career structure, brand alignment, and sustainable success, guiding talent to operate like professionals in an industry that often forgets to teach professionalism.
